Follow along dumbass: he had an injury during his senior season of high school, and needed surgery. We redshirted him this year so he could recover fully. He doesnt need to be cut. End of fricking thread.

Some give better names if you think you can. 5 of them actually. 3 classes on campus. 3 were top 10 recruting classes. 2 of them number 1. And the 4th class just made number 4 or 5 depending on which site you go by. Loads of great players and great excuses to keep each one. But it can't happen. Start weeding...

So instead of letting go of some sophmores (get it right, the 2010 class that we just signed are the FRESHMAN now moron) , we should let go of some juniors and seniors that are veterans and just won a NC? And IM the moron? WTH ever...

It's a little dumb, sure... but they're hypothetical situations... he also said Lacy would be a candidate b/c he's really good and might want the ball more.
And Kelly (who was injured as a senior and saw his stock drop a good bit) sounds like a pretty good candidate for medical hardship.
Either way, 5 guys that were more than likely apart of Saban's last three classes at UA will not be there in 2010.

they are redshirt FRESHMAN dumbass. They have four years left. And to answer your question, yes. Yes, we should let go of the guys that have been here for 2 or 3 years and havent done shite. They have had plenty of time to do something, andif thy havent, then those are the guys we cut.

I count the technical terms in respects of eligibility. But if you've been on campus for more than a year, you're not a freshman. Redshirt, grayshirt, medical. All just eligibilty roles.
