Does anyone know about how many TideTotals points it would take to be able to get new season tickets?

You just have to get on the waiting list. Your point totals won't matter until you're actually a ticket holder.
Back when I was on the list, there was rumors of a lump sum you could donate to get to the front of the line, but the Tide Pride office denied it when I asked.

I have been on the waiting list since 2007. I had seasons tickets until 2004 when we moved away and couldn't come back for every game. Dumbest thing I ever did was letting them go. I should have kept them and just sold the tickets I didn't use, but back then you didn't get near as much for them as you do now.

It was about 500 to get BCS tickets. Season tickets should be easier to come by, but I haven't found any definite number.

Real advice: Find someone that is retired from the University that still gets an order sheet but doesn't go to the gamesand see if you can buy the sheet from them. Other than that, yeah you're going to have to wait.
