NFL GMs know that Mac Jones is fools gold, that's why he is not in the conversation as the top picks among QBs. Saban makes all his college QBs look great but that does not translate to the NFL. Russell was also coached by Saban while at LSU, I believe. I like Mac Jones but I see AJ McCarron 2.0 in him.

LSU played against much tougher defenses and competition. All of BAMA games this year were not competitive .
