Anybody else feel like Miss St can give Alabama all they want Saturday? Four of their five losses have come against teams currently ranked in the top 13 and they easily could've won two (LSU, Houston) of those games. Coming off a bye week, it seems like they're due to finally get a big win. Not to mention, this is the definition of a trap game for Alabama coming off a big win that clinched the SEC West. I think Alabama wins, but I believe it is going to go down to the wire. What says the SEC rant?

close game, but bama's rushing offense will be too much. also I don't see state scoring much. These types of games, lil nicky plays it close to his mock turtle neck.

Not a trap game at all. They know Miss State is dangerous due to their own struggles against them in Starkville. They won't be looking ahead to Tenn Chat.

Excuse me, not a trap game, but a letdown game.

They can give all they want but still come up way short. Same with South Carolina against Florida.

I think we should just give Ingram, Trent, and Upchurch a combined 70 carries and make their arse quit.

It will certainly be an electrifying atmosphere.

I love watching Nick Saban lose his temper on the sideline.

It will be a tough game no matter what, I just don't see MSU scoring more than 17 at most so I'd be very surprised if they won but it should be a bit of a grind it out type game, 23-10

Everything the Bama posters are saying is pretty much true on paper....but the game isn't played on paper!!! Nothing would surprise me in this one...maybe Bama puts it all together and win big.

Maybe State pulls off the upset. Maybe State shellshocks Bama and beats the crap out of them sort of like Oregon State did USC 2 years ago when no one gave them a chance....

This will be a good game for Bama because it will help them prepare for UF without taking their eye off of MSU. I think it will be close in the first half and we will wear them down in the second half.

As always, if Gmac plays good and hits the wide open WR and there are not a bunch of turnovers then the game is probably 2 or 3 touchdowns.

The idea of facing two really talented backs is what worries me in this game. If Bama is smart, they run Ingram and Richardson all night. We haven't played a team with two great rushing threats since GT (Nesbitt and Dwyer) and they ran all over us.

NIck has already asked about the Cow Bells rule. Look for MSU to be penalized for the Cow Bells and drive MSU nuts.

There is no penalty in the NCAA rulebook against cowbells. The only thing the SEC can do is fine us, if that. Alabama is just going to have to deal with it.
