Burrow transferred to LSU because he was told the same thing that Bama told Hurts. They both were not good enough. Burrow won a Heisman, National Championship, and was the conductor of the greatest team in college football history.
Daniels transferred to LSU because he wanted to be properly developed. He won a Heisman as well. Both of them were drafted to the NFL from LSU
Hurts was developed by Oklahoma and drafted to the NFL. You dummies lost the right to claim him once you pushed him out the door. Sorry bubs.

You don't think Jalen Hurts would have been drafted if he stayed at Alabama? Wow.
Side note. If you want to be fair. I'm not even sure Jalen is at QB if it wasn't for Alabama. Alabama was garbage at QB.. that is why he came in his 1st college game and started as freshman. If he went somewhere else they might have tried him as a RB or another position. Anyways I'm going to head to bed.

They don't believe that. If he went pro after his Junior year he doesn't go 2nd round, but he gets drafted for sure.

Doubtful, at least as a quarterback.
He was projected as a mid to late round pick even with his improvement at OU, and it was viewed as a reach by the Eagles at the time.
Without that year, and as a backup in 2018, I doubt he gets drafted, unless it was by someone who would have convinced him to change positions.
IIRC, some analysts said he wasn't even a quarterback prospect at the pro level prior to his time at OU.

The biggest credit for the Eagles winning tonight was bc Barkley got them to the SB with his massive regular season and post season play. The defense played a huge part tonight as well. Hurts played his best game ever tonight in the NFL.
It is crazy that Bama fans are trying to claim him when he was drafted from OU. He never started a game for Alabama after being benched in the NC game. He had his most productive season ever at OU.

Tua receives credit for the win. Don't understand how this is not something you can understand. A QB that starts the game will credit for the win or the loss regardless if they complete the game. Like the backup coming in and kneeling the ball won't get the win.
These are Tua college stats. Notice how he never has any wins in 2017 bc he never started any. He never got the win for the NC bc Jalen started it.

I’m a Buckeye fan and I don’t claim Joe Burrow but I think Bama can lay some claim to Hurts because his time there was significant and meant something.
Anyways that’s an impressive list by Bama but if we’re talking total super bowls wins by a qb college wise it could be Michigan maybe, because of Brady lol.

Don't really care what it offiically says. Saying Hurts won the NCG in Jan. 2018 is like saying Jack Morris pitched great in a game his team won 18-10 and he had to be pulled in the sixth inning with the lead because he was getting shelled. Yeah, he gets the win according to the rules, but we know what actually happened.

Neither is NCAA national championship in football but Alabama has no problem claiming all those championships. Either you believe in stats or not. Can't be choosing which one one you want to believe.
