Bama is going to make a case for an 8 team playoff because OU is going to get embarrassed

Dude 2014 Sugar Bowl will not come close to this playoff game. Don’t get me wrong Sooners whipped Bama arse in New Orleans but Bama coming off missing the 3 peat and that heart killing loss in Auburn plus Robert Stoops playing the “Big 12 gets no respect from SEC card = Oklahoma kicking our arse. This game won’t be close to 2014 man.

You really think it matters to us what Bama is "coming off of"?

All I’m saying is y’all took 2014 Sugar Bowl way more serious that Bama did. It was your super bowl and our let down game. I do like you Sooner fan base being this cocky though.

horseshite. You guys showed up ready to put Bob in his place and you failed. That's what happened. At no point in the game did Bama ever appear disinterested in any way, shape, or form.

The game will come down to can Bama run the football and control the clock. If we do we beat y’all. If we can’t run and dominate TOP, and it’s a score every possession shootout then y’all will win that style game. I don’t like our chances if we can’t keep yalls offense on the sidelines. I figure the OU defense has a month to get their act together. I know y’all have four star and five star talent on defense because y’all recruit well.

I agree. I expect Bama to run the football and you will have some success I'm sure with your RB group. Ball control is the key here. But that's not the kind of offense you run. You're a quick strike offense, just like Oklahoma. That's what Tua was brought in to do.

Not saying you CAN'T do it. I'm saying it's not who you are.

Murray won't throw for 100 yards against Bama

True. He'll throw for 300 minimum.

In the past 25 years the average Total Defense Rankings of the National champion is 5th.

Auburn in 2010 wth Cam Newton was the only team to accomplish this feat that didn’t have a top 25 Defense (53rd)

OU’s is 108th. Streaks are meant to be broken but your Defense is historically awful.

And I think Kyler Murray is a straight baller. But facts are facts. Your team’s defense is just too shitty.

I mean — you put 45 on the 6th best Defense in the country ( Albeit only 7 points on offense in the Second Half) and still couldn’t win the Rose Bowl Bc we pumped out 14 yards a carry on your arse. Your defense is like playing against grass.

I hope Kyler can put up 50 — that’s what it will take.

I fully expect Saban to run a lot and maintain TOP while throwing 38% of the time. He will hit some homerun strikes in the air but as mentioned, it's important for Bama to run a lot and eat up clock on long sustained drives to avoid a shootout.

If 2017 UGA can get double digit yards a carry against last years OU, then damnit I expect and demand that the Bama game plan is to run the ball 60% of the time. I’m going to break something if the game plan is to try and shoot it out with Oklahoma in Miami.

Random percentage that isn't accurate to who they've been all year.

Haven't followed OU much. Who is the backup qb? Does he have any crunch time experience?

Backup is Austin Kendall. No crunch time experience. Just blowout experience. Behind him is Tanner Mordecai. No experience at all really, but a superior QB to Kendall.

We'll have success doing whatever the hell we want to do on offense. And you know it.
