Losing by an average of 27.75 points per game has to suck.

It's not a festival for sure.

14 points does not = blown out

If that's the case, then LSU didn't blow out Oregon.(Which is some Bama fans claim for why Bama deserves a rematch over Oregon)

I don't disagree that LSU manhandled Oregon, considering the garbage time score, and other factors.

However, 14 points CAN BE a blowout, but it is not ALWAYS one.

Looks like in the last 3 years AU and Alabama will have the same amount of SEC titles and crystal balls.

Must be nice to have a full deck to play with. Tubs really fricked us.

Considering what we went through with Dubose and Shula,it is nice. I'm happy with 10-3 seasons including a bowl win and just being in the mix for a title. If we had a Cam Newton,I suspect we woulda beat LSU,but who knows. What I wonder is,what would your record be had he returned for his senior season.

Difference in Bama's 14 point loss to USCe and Oregon's 14 point loss to LSU is this - Bama was down 7 late in 4th and USCe scored to pad margin. LSU was UP 20 late in 4th and Oregon scored to pad margin.

One of those games was closer than score indicated and the other was more lopsided than score indicated. That's my point.

I know, I was agreeing with you, with a slight clarification.

I thought that was Tubbs Oline that allowed that offense to soar last year?

This may piss off some of my fellow Alabama fans but...
Why the hell are you trying to measure your dick against Auburn?

Whether or not Auburn caught lightening in a bottle last year, or how many games Auburn lost in what time frame vs. what Alabama has done... I am not sure when measuring Alabama's stature ever had anything to do with Auburn. If it does then Auburn no longer wears the little brother tag.
