We've been screwed numerous times over the years by the refs and the SEC office.
We got shafted for years playing teams coming off of bye weeks. One year, believe it was 2010, we played 6 SEC teams in a row coming off of bye weeks.
A good many years under Saban we were in the bottom 10 in the country for opponents' penalties and a few years we were dead last.
One crew screwed up our game so bad under Stallings the SEC suspended the entire crew for one game.
A Michigan group did a study trying to show they were getting the shaft on penalties and they looked at the entire FBS. The team that had the fewest holding calls called against their opponents was BAMA.
