Wouldn’t want to kill another living thing but i have to admit the aubies really get annoying when they have even the most smidgeony smidgeon of success, and they go on and on and on for years and years, ad nauseum.

When this was first posted, I wondered why. I found the article and I still have to ask why bring this up now CBS and Tuscaloosa... We should be care about the victims, not the convicted criminal.

I probably dislike Auburn football more than any other sports teams, but that dude is a piece of shite. No reason to mess with their history and tradition like that.

In my world if I had power, Updyke’s punishment would have been to be forced to ingest the same amount of poison he put on the trees. For giving the radical AU fans a weapon to use against Bama fans I really hate updyke. Such a cowardly act and to get that upset over an Iron Bowl loss is sick. To want to destroy your cross state rivals landmark tradition rich symbols. I wish the dude would go away already.

Yea he sat up all night stalking an Auburn website that has 24/7 live video stream on Toomers Corner just to case the area for his attack plan. He should have been made an example of. He got off way to light.

Whoa, auNeck, whoa. Slow it down a bit. Sir Harvey just killed a tree that was already dying from the years and years of degradation and harm that auNeck fans dished out to it by wiping their asses and then throwing that dirty paper on it.
To get the shite caked paper off the tree, pressure washers had to be used. Every now and then, when they got tired of pressure washers, they would simply burn the shite paper out, 'cause fire is hot and paper burns.
If anything, Harvey deserved a monetary settlement of some type for putting those poor trees out of their auNeck misery.
You weren't all self-righteous when these evil people would torture these trees every year, were you? No, you were just fine with a living thing being subjected to ritual abuse and horrific torture.
You sadistic, sad bastard.
