Not only that, but he only has 1 Sweet 16 in 12 seasons as head coach. Oats has more Sweet 16's in the last two seasons than he does in 12. Oats has 5 Sweet 16's, 2 Elite 8's and 1 Final 4 in 5 out of the last 6 seasons. Willy is terrible at picking his battles

Wade has never made an elite 8 much less a Final four like Oats has. Also, Oats owned Wade during his first tenure at Little Sis U.

It's certainly one of WT's weirder trolls considering Nate Oates has "face planted" his way to 5 Sweet 16 and 2 Elite 8 appearances along with a Final 4 appearance over the last 6 seasons
