I remember that too.
Every time their epic failure becomes apparent, they are talking about resurrecting Vincent Lombardi as their new head coach.

But, to be fair, now that they are entering a conference that doesn't reek of a Harlem Globetrotters vs. Georgia Generals-type league setup, a real coach may actually be interested, if the money is right.
Hell, they already got rid of the biggest roadblock to their success (DeLoss Dodds).

People who just had a failed troll be like "Damn you guys are so sensitive! I was only asking questions like why are you so god damn stupid."

Alabama has won more games since 1896 than any program in the nation LINK
That total excludes 31 games won on the field that some suits in a ncaa office decided Alabama should forfeit and/or vacate.
Alabama has also won more national titles than any other program in the nation since 1900, by however you want to measure it. I generally go by titles since the poll era started in 1936, though if you prefer, this is a list provided by ncaa.com LINK
The obvious point is that Alabama won titles before Nick Saban ever arrived in Tuscaloosa. He's the best ever at it, but coaching at Alabama has some to do with it.

Unless Sark turns it around in a hurry , you are about to find out how hard this conference is every weekend

How in the hell could you tolerate being in a conference with these morons?

For 100 years?
I know, right?
Can we have a wee bit of leeway? Can you and the rest of tRant cut us some slack, now that you see the shite we've had to tolerate for generations?

Honestly the attempts at troll threads turning into own goals are fricking hilarious and I hope they keep coming.

It's gotta be tough. For 100 years they've been talking shite to Baylor, Rice, Texas Tech, TCU, Houston and whoever else that had nothing to return fire with. It would be like Auburn being in a league with Wake Forest, Georgia Tech and Tulane.
Now they are talking shite to 5-6 teams with who equal or surpass them in most everything involving football. It's like sending a 18 year draft pick up to the major leagues. Tough sledding.

The real question is, are they one Saban replacing Sark if the latter does not work out away from going back to their natural habitat. Despite what they think, we never tried to hire Saban. If we had, he would already be our coach.
I swear, if you put as much time and energy into your football team as you do crafting narratives to protect your fragile egos, you might actually have been good at the sport for the last decade.

You are saying Texas willfully passed on hiring Nick Saban so they could win 7 games a year? That was not smart.

This might have been a clever comeback were it not for the fact that Texas trails Alabama in virtually all meaningful football metrics. Alabama leads Texas in all time wins, winning percentage, bowl games, bowl game wins, national titles, Heismans, unanimous all Americans, and first round draft picks. I am sure there are others I missed, but you get the point.

No kidding. UGA has one championship since the Carter administration and is constantly mocked for it. Texas...also has one championship since the Carter administration and thinks it gives them something to mock everyone else about.

Shula's problem was he couldn't beat Auburn.

It was one of his problems, but ultimately the one that cost him job a year earlier than it probably would have.
