We will ACCEPT this new burden of proof standard stating that only explicit evidence of cheating will be accepted as cheating.
THEREFORE, the SEC accepts that LSU will rescind all past and present claims of "cheaters" against their schools and conference offices, and will apply this newly ratified burden of proof to all cheating accusations going forward.

This standard of proof, as established by the Louisiana State University, applies to all accusations of cheating and other illegal activities.

Apologies, but this agreement was agreed to in principal via the arguments set forth today via a majority of the Louisiana State delegation.
Burden of proof levels cannot change relative to how much you want the person to get in trouble. That's not how the civilized world work.
