Watching Georgia win Back to Back National Championships and become the King of College Football has been extremely painful for you.

Championship teams have championship depth. We had 4 AAs on D injured against Texas in the Sugar bowl a few years back and 2 OLinemen out. I only heard about 2 UGA fans on my old forum whining about that and using that as an excuse for that loss. I was personally in the camp that stoned them. Again, championship teams have championship depth. There are some respectable Tide fans on here that agree with me. You're not one of them. Go to your room.

Guess I won’t be listed as an Alabama fan. The horror. The shame.

Heck, I was agreeing with everything the OP said, till one of the Bama adolescents show up and start in with the injury excuse stuff. I thought that had gotten filtered off of this board by more mature-minded Bama fans, but I guess not.

They irrationally believe their one big shot at a claim to fame is a three-peat. But, unfortunately for them, Alabama beat them to it during the seasons of '64-'66.

BWAHAHAHA...1964 "NC" Bama lost to #5 Texas in the Orange Bowl and was only recognized because the AP and UPI "champions" were crowned prior to bowl games. The majority of polls ranked Arkansas #1 because they were the only undefeated team after the bowls were played. The 1965 team finished with a loss to (ironically) Georgia and a tie to Tennessee. You can make a case for the 1966 team, as they went undefeated and untied. The AP and UPI weren't impressed, as both had Bama at #3. Even Bama doesn't officially recognize 1966.

Sorry but if UGA pulls off the 3 peat, it'll be UNDISPUTED, not Gump math.

Why 1966? 57 is an odd number.

They need injury luck. In this case, Georgia had good injury luck and Bama had bad luck.

Dude, don't get me wrong. Bama is a great program. Probably as a whole over the last 100 years, the best in the country. Nobody doubts it much.

If this is true though, why all the chest beating? Most real Bama fans I know would never stoop to this. It's really just gay to keep posting the obvious.

Class is knowing you got something good but not focusing on telling everyone about it.
