I feel like Georgia is almost too big of a program to get your first gig as HC.

I know Smart is legit, but man, UGA is gonna hire a guy with no HC experience?

Selfishly, I was going for him to go to South Carolina or another school on a similar level. We won't be able to hire him or Mac away from those top jobs.

I don't think McGarrity had a choice. If he didn't land Kirby he might have been fired himself. Not convinced Kirby is the answer. McGarrity might get himself fired anyways.

Kind of where I am on this.

I feel like the HC at Georgia has to have at least some experience being the top dog.
