And now that I look at the diagram he isnt parked near the "back" entrance to TTown. The "back" entrance is really the front of the mall.

The "back" entrance for the store is at the bottom of the picture, which is the front of the mall. The closest you can park to the building there is in that lot where all the cars are parked. The back of the mall is the opposite side as TTMW.

There is behind the mall parking or behind/in the corner on one half of the mall, but if their picture map is similar shaped then it is the other half of the mall
