and cement themselves as a top 4 team in the country. With only a few players leaving we will be primed to compete with Alabama for secw and MNC next year.

Another positive note is every Aggie win hits like a loss to lsu. The amount of salt coming from the opt outs was insane

So y’all will lose to Bama by 3 TDs instead of 4 TDs next season?

I had the wrong impression if y’all return most of your team. I thought I read you had a veteran OL and DL?

It’s not surprising. Cajuns have a massive complex when it comes to Texas.

Come on, this is big talk. Last year about this time there was an LSU dynasty building. You have to keep winning win one game at a time. Nobody in the SEC is going to roll over.

Congrats! Isn't this like the first time since WW2 the Ags will finish in the top 4 of football, basketball or baseball?

Let's just go with being hopeful of finishing top 4.

You guys are getting a little too Georgia-like as they were on this board after winning the SEC in '17 ... they at least got to the NC game.

Maybe slow the roll down?

A) a very depleted UNC
B) 4th when it doesn’t matter anymore
C) stop stealing UGAs bit, it’s the only thing that makes them special

Interesting considering your state constantly raids Louisiana for competent employees they can’t find among your graduates.

Would have been a really good game with NC’s two NFL RB’s. Surprised it was that close without them

This could be the first time your team finishes in the top 4 in 100 years and LSU is what you think about. Yikes.

I think your two wins over LSU since joining the SEC has made you feel relevant and you shouldn't. Did aggies have a good season, sure... but are the elite?? FRICK NO.

Hearing a lot of OL coming back. And we have a Matthew's that was injured and one guy Jayden Robinson who is a young beast.

I don't recall LSU topics following the national championship a year ago mentioning Aggie really.

However, nearly every Aggie topic following your biggest bowl win in 20 years last night made some mention of LSU, much like this thread.

Are Aggies considered for leadership positions? Seems like a lot of unnecessary risk there.
