If Max starts I am done with Fisher. Dude is as mediocre as it gets
The stats don't support that. He has a 60% completion percentage and a 26/5 TD/Int ratio.

He’s Mond 2.0. The absolute worst option at QB

He's a more polished passer than Mond in my opinion but weaker arm. Great on field leader and very tough.
He's the best fit for Jimbo's system between he and King.

We all mostly hate Mond, but to say that Max Johnson more polished than a 4 yr starter at QB is ignorant.
Some of the crap you throw out there is terrible.

I mean in the scope of touch on his passes and that type of thing. They both had very slow releases so there's a similarity.
It's okay, it's subjective, you don't have to agree.

Sthidewalk17 is fully erect to talk Texas A&M all day long but he can’t help himself. His football iq is so low that he can’t fully participate in real discussion about his nemesis Jimbo

I tried to discuss football, you got mad about it.
Don't blame me for that.
What do you disagree with?

You really don’t see how your statement would rub people the wrong way?

I don't really give a shite how it "rubs" someone, it's a true football statement.

True, truth, facts. You really struggle with these things. Just like your football knowledge as shown in this thread.

What specifically are you referring to?

Exactly what was already discussed and dismissed by you.

Obviously but what specifically was a "bad" football statement?

Please don’t “teach” him anything. He’s trying to refine his trolling. It turns to shitposting then he points and says these are facts and you are mad. It’s one of the tiredest deals on this site and what landed him in the worst poster tourney

There was no troll, I made an honest football statement.

Yes, all indications are that he is fully recovered.

I don't hate Mond. He did a lot for our program. He took a beating for years behind the awful o lines left by Sumlin.
That bought time for our QB room to recover and build some depth after Sumlin ruined it trying to plug and play a new freshman every year bevause he was desperate to luck his way into another Manziel. Mond was an incredibly dependable leader and decent game manager, but his Achilles heel was always his wildly inconsistent downfield passing. And that limited our offense in a big way.
Max's leadership and personality seems pretty similar to Mond. If he can throw further than 15 yards with decent accuracy, I think calling him a more polished version of Mond is a pretty fair comparison.

And to be honest, if our least exciting, lowest cieling, QB option is a Mond-like leader with better downfield accuracy, we are in pretty darn good shape for this season.
