That's wild. Even we found our way into a Final Four.
Speaking of odd stats... surely Tennessee men's bball has been to a few Final Fours, right?

I don’t have a dog in this fight but I am 100% sure @NFLSU is the biggest loser on this site. Well he and Stephen.

This A&M basketball season is 100% serendipity. Bunch of background chatter can't change that.

What has Aggie won in the past 75 years other than spanking LSU at Tiger Stadium and beating LSU in overtime?

Beating LSU every other year is the norm at this point. A&M caught up to LSU a while ago in case you weren't paying attention.

Y’all got a good coach it looks like

I wonder how long he stays. Kansas and Kentucky fans are getting pretty restless.
Of course A&M can pay but they will never be the featured sport there

It won't but Ags/A&M fans will reward a winner which history has proven, and that's despite not getting over the Sweet 16 hump.
If he got the opportunity to coach either of those programs no one being realistic would blame him for leaving, but it hasn't worked out for past A&M coaches that left for higher profile jobs either. Billy Gillispie would've had a perennial powerhouse had he stuck around.

Outside Kentucky, you could say the same thing about every SEC school.
