The only possible flip of someone we want to keep is Carter. I could see someone like our WR from GA being one that could flip if we want to save a spot

It does seem that things have been quiet with Jackson. When Jimbo lands Ishmael Sopsher, maybe we’ll be forced to let Jackson walk.

Actually A&M's average ranking went UP after this flip. So I'm guessing no, not tDecline.
I expect UGA to take the #2 spot before it is over, and LSU has a chance to narrowly pass A&M. ut, sadly, does not have that chance.
