Meh, I'm a liberal minority city-girl and I fared just fine at A&M (and obviously loved it).

Texas A&M. From the outside you can't understand it, from the inside you can't explain it. /EOT

Yes, but can we at least continue to talk about it just in case y'all come around?

Except you Arky trolls, of course.

Not a troll, spent a lot of time at A&M throughout college. Just pointing out observations that I've shared with people from other schools that believe the same. But for some reason your jimmies have some slight rustling over this observation and I'm not sure why. You're here, it doesn't matter what I think.

I'm not really sure but it sounds like wisdom.

If you're not a troll, then quit speaking in absolutes. We get it, Arky doesn't think we are. Many others think the opposite.

So what ... because Texas is extremely liberal and conservatives are not welcomed they are diverse but it is impossible to be diverse when you are conservative?

It is a joke.

Good, glad you liked it.

Isn't this just a nice way of saying: we have evolved into something that we ourselves do not understand. Therefore you cannot question us as it makes us think, sometimes on an individual level. That is bad as we prefer group think and lockstep behavior.

Our season is mostly over except for the superbowl with LSU, our rival. :rivalryeverywhereupinhere:

I guess it is.

Have you seen an electoral map, pretty conservative state.

There's nothing random about it.

You've made it your morning mission to champion A&M's irrelevance, specifically with regard to how its perceived by Texas.

You recite the same tired, stale message Texas fans have spent a lifetime trying vigorously to paint as true.

Again, the effort invested is proof positive of how silly the whole idea is.

Referring to the school ... thought that was obvious from context clues

Yes we are. We're very much a live and let live state. Trending heavily toward Libertarian.

Texas the school is very liberal.

That's my point and that's why I'm speaking in absolutes, I don't know many that think the opposite in the context I'm talking about. I'm more so talking about all the other SEC fans I talk to up here, not Arkansas. Just to clarify the context I'll point specifically what I'm talking about.

A&M's SEC qualities:
- Large, passionate fanbase
- Pretty decent tailgating
- Southern (at least moreso relatively to the rest of Texas)
- An arrest record for your best player

A&M's non-SEC qualities:
- Small Greek life
- Weird, cutly traditions (Weird and culty being the key)
- No Waffle House

Besides, don't y'all know that liberals can be tolerant of muslims and intolerant of conservatives yet still be tolerant? Wake up and smell the double standards people, embrace them, it is the world we live in.
