We have Waffle House in DFW. This is a College Station problem, not a Texas problem. I think it is has more to do with College Station/Bryan being so shitty that Waffle House won't even open a restaurant there. GFY Aggies.

Yeah, it's on the bottom level of a new condo building with several floors. It has to be the nicest waffle house ever.
