What does that mean (beyond the obvious)?

Not quite the same as playing a huge rivalry game away 2 years in a row.
Actually, its exactly the same. That is State's permanent rival. :rivalryapplicationacceptedforever:

It's what we agreed to do in those behind closed door meetings last year so that we would have an easy schedule in the East again last year...

Hell no. It sucks for the students and alumni who pay big bucks for games. Luckily we have LSU at home this year, as well as South Carolina... But the rest of the home schedule is putrid .

So in order to schedule, we needed to schedule. Got it.

Look, I love college football, and will enjoy the season regardless. But let's not act like there was a serious logistical reason for some of the choices. I don't believe in conspiracies, but let's not act like pressure is not applied in certain instances. I'm too old and have seen too much to be so naive.

SEC office are saying that each season, 2012 & 2013, were stand alone scheduling. And that they will set normal scheduling at next meetings. But I wonder if they are doing this, or will continue to do thins until SEC is at 16. Which I believe will be before the first BCS Playoff.
