The ones I've seen are iMessage texts. Assuming he used a personal account with apple and as long as he had erased them before they repoed the phone, he's golden. iMessage text aren't really "text", they are instant messages using an apple client. Meaning the phone company won't have record of them as they aren't SMS messages. Now, if blondie saved them, or didn't have iMessage he could be totally fricked. Time will tell. Either way, it doesn't matter now....time to move on.
