I've noticed that the market for older used cars with low miles tends to get pretty crazy. There is an argument to be made for the value of those being high...probably not THAT much higher...but the "rare barn find" crowd tends to eat these up....

I've got a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss LT 6.2
Great truck. I've got about 37k miles on it and so far, so good. You just want to get a Pulsar LT to go along with it to kill the cylinder deactivation and the engine shut off bullshite.

We started doing this in Arkansas last year. It's called the LEARNS act. They are slowly rolling in new student eligibility over the first several years. So far the private school my kids go to hasn't doubled the tuition yet. My kids are juniors currently so we'll only end up benefitting for 1 y...

All I'm going to say is - they make a lot of cats and dogs. As luck would have it, a bunch of them live down at the shelter and can be had for a nominal adoption fee....

On the real - this could be a negotiation play with their current suppliers. Just saying something like this publicly could put the screws to those that currently buy from.

Ironically, Salesforce is(at an extremely high level) a really complicated version of excel/db. Objects = tabs, columns = Fields, rows = data....

As mentioned above, I agree that many more legal issues will be popping up for dual agency because this will force cash strapped buyers to enter in to agreements without representation. Can't wait for threads about how the seller screwed them on a deal and they are now seeking legal help.
