That sucks. LSU got hit directly by a hurricane and that's the result.
You are full of shite.

Gainesville is on the outside of the cone. They will get rain and winds, but the worst of the damage will be well east of Gainesville. This is a strong and dangerous storm. But it is not going to be ripping through Gainesville. Bands of the storm are going to be in Gainesville, but the worst of it will not be at the University of Florida

You can say this while you sit on your arse in Atlanta. The worst of the storm will not hit UF but do you not think serious winds in excess of 50 mph and heavy rains won't have a effect on the UF campus and surrounding areas?

Please tell me UF has cancelled all classes for the rest of the week.

Yikes, I hope like hell the models that take the loop sequence and hit Florida twice don't come to fruition.

Are they gonna stop it to let our team bus through? Take back roads the once they get into Florida?

Why do you think there will contra flow from BR to G'ville?

The models are all over the place. Some models have it hitting the state, others have it far off the coast. We'll see when they start coming into agreement over the next several hours.

And some have it sitting right on top of Gainesville.

Yeah, you know his pansy arse said he is headed to atl. But for goodness sake, don't talk about relocation of the game.

We didn't vs USC last season. People claim they make plans to do things when LSU has a scheduled away game

Yeah. I could see that. That would complicate it a bit

You can say that again. They were gracious and humble. You are, well, a Florida fan. Huge difference there.

we have more pull than LSU so gargle my nuts

It doesn't matter who you [think] you are or what clout you [think] you have. If the NCAA and SEC agree Baton Rouge is the best place for the game, you'll shut up, take your medicine, and deal with it. Save the arrogance and bravado, your state is about to get tagged by a major storm.

I didn't say it was impossible, but 50 miles from Gainesville means a Florida landfall. That didn't seem like a likely scenario at the last update.

I'm sure this has been said. But I think they should play it in Baton Rouge, then the next two in Gainesville.

But even 50-60 miles off shore still means TS force winds in g'ville.
