That website looks like a high school project from 1999.

Yeah not buying that, there have been rumors for weeks now of his exit. If you look on the Bama board something might have happened at a bar. Couple that with the DUI earlier and the defense not being what it used to be, it looks like the writing was on the wall.

Ole Miss and Kiffin spent the past week wooing Golding, who had been offered a raise to remain at Alabama, Pete's mom told FootballScoop.

The source also added that Golding is a very good boy and she’s very proud of him.

I'm choosing to believe that this is 100% true and nothing you, or anyone else can say, will change my mind.

ETA: imagine what Pete’s gonna do without a field full of Will Andersons and replaced with a bunch of 3*’s

I am curious to see myself how he does with lesser talent.

I thought they were going to fire both him and O’Brian this off-season. Why hasn’t it happened yet?

Saban rarely ever visibly fires any assistants he wants to replace. Instead he helps them get a new gig.

I’m not scared of Alabama getting Pruiit. Pruitts defenses, with Smarts recruits, was never as dominant as KS defenses were. Clemson had no problem lightning up his arse. If Pruiit doesn’t get a 10 yr show cause, there’s no justice in the world.

There are so many inaccuracies in this post, I don't know where to begin..

Pete just got divorced - his exwife and kids just moved to Mississippi - as of weds he was staying at Bama because Nick didn’t think 1.Pruitt or 2. Schumann were happening - one of those is a go now - so Nick told Golding to go.

LOL. from the “article”………

quote:

Sources confirmed that Golding is exiting Nick Saban’s staff for the top defensive spot at Ole Miss and to rejoin Lane Kiffin.

Golding and Kiffin have coached in the same staff before? When?
