Those classes are the least of your worries when pursuing an Engineering degree.

Just wait until Electro magnetism and controls systems classes roll around.

We've got a really good medical department (pre med, nursing, vet, etc), I know when I was a freshman our architecture program was like top 5 or 10, we have a solid geology/anthropology department, and I think the Haslam business school is up there as well.

I know LSU is considered to have THE best programs in the country for:

1a) Internal Audit
1b) Landscape Architecture

After that, Idk. Probably some sort of business or engineering. Nothing specific comes to mind.

OP: Hasn't Auburn's architecture school been rated in the Top 10? I thought I had read that.

My alma mater, UT-Arlington:

1. 13 Professors who are fellows of the National Academy of Inventors. This is the MOST of any university in Texas (yes, more than A&M or the other institution in Austin) and second-most in the nation.

2. The College of Nursing and Health Innovation is one of the five largest public nursing programs in the US.

3. We have the only accredited architecture program and the only public university civil engineering program in North Texas.

LSU also has excellent programs in Veterinary Medicine, Petroleum Engineering, Internal Auditing
When I was at LSU, it was considered the top program in the entire country. Not sure where it is ranked now

Top 3 studies

#1. Journalism. Best in the country.

#2. one of only six public universities in the United States with a school of medicine, veterinary medicine, engineering, agriculture, and law all on one campus

#3. Ag School is one of the best in the country. The link with Monsanto is very strong, and the research done is revolutionary.

Honorable mention: Homecoming. We created it. You are welcome.

*AAU status is incredibly prestigious. A major piece to education is research, understanding more about our world.

LSU Grad here; The engineering school and Marine Biology programs are world class.

My roommate in college was a pre-vet student and he said that UK had the best Vet program if you wanted to study large animals and the Equine program is the best in the world.

Don't know if it's still true but Ark didn't have a vet school and their citizens had to apply to LSU. LSU reserved a certain percentage of spots for Arkansans

Very meh. Tucked between Tigerland, a railroad, and the cow pastures. Its actually on the verge of closing cause nobody plays there. I am assuming the landscape architecture grads want nothing to do with it.
