You haven’t seen a photo cause you don’t want to see one it’s all over the Internet. The side of his leg from ankle almost to his knee drug on the ground before being thrown over the guy. Feet an Hands is the only thing not considered down anything else you are down period

You are right, he was down. But it doesn't matter, because Bama fans will plug their ears "la la la well then it's a late hit", which is also bullshite, there was no late hit on Young, and if the incompetent ref hadn't made it up (knowing full well it's not reviewable, of course), nobody would even be clamoring for a late hit because it was a clean play.
That said, game is over, Bama won, gg baws.

You can clearly see the ankle and lower calf dragging across the endzone. Making him clearly down and the ball dead under Rule 4 Article 3 Paragraph B

If Bryce is down when everyone claims he was down, then the defender runs into him well after he's down. Late hit, automatic first down.
Seriously, that's what they ruled through instant replay - that Bryce wasn't down, which is what waived the flag. Everyone insisting he was down is basically demanding Alabama should have gotten 15 yards and a first down.
It's a weird thing to demand when you hate the team, but oh well...

Late hit is a dead ball foul meaning the safety would have counted.
