Entirely possible.
Nausea and vomiting is common at camps, especially early on. It seems like after they ruled out a concussion, it wasn't a top priority.
I doubt LSU could actually be held liable for any of this however I expect an out of court settlement. Reading the lawsuit, it appears as though they're just throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks.
I don't blame them entirely as I doubt this comes from a place of greed, Greg will need medical care for the rest of his life.
