They need the game, and we don’t. Simple as that. Sips can go frick themselves. If any of y’all don’t like it, you can go frick yourself, too.

Aggies are some no good pussies. I guess they can only handle one big brother at a time.

Meh, bluebloods like Bama, OU, Ohio state, TN, TU, USC, etc will play anybody anywhere as you can see every year when they are on college game day and there’s big implications on the line. Third rate programs like A&M don’t have the clout for that kind of thing.

Its funny how Aggies talk shite anytime AU to the East is mentioned because we're "running from Bama" despite wanting to maintain the rivalry.

Meanwhile, UT has cock slapped them so hard and for so long that they won't even agree to a home and home. The aTm fans are right, though. When you have half the wins that the other team does it's not a rivalry at all.

How the hell does Texas need this game. They are the highest grossing athletic department in the NCAA. If anything they were throwing you pussies a bone.

A&M got tired of getting that arse beat & y’all are scared of having another OOC P5 team on the schedule.

“But but but Miami!”

Like you guys can’t drop Sam Houston, Lamar, Prairie View or whatever small school y’all will have on the schedule.

Wow. You are emotional over A&Ms scheduling practices. I get it. This board is all a&m, all the time. But you need to calm down son

Why would we want to play on the Longhorn network?

They need it b/c their fans are pissed at what their home schedules have become. OU is always in Dallas and there are no more Nebraska, Colorado, Mizzou, A&M games in conference to cover over that.

Would you be happy if every year went something like this?

'17 - Maryland, San Jose St, KSU, Okie Lite, Kansas, Texas Tech

'18 - Tulsa, USC, TCU, Baylor, West Virginia, Iowa St

'19 - La Tech, LSU, Kansas, KSU, Okie Lite, Texas Tech

'20 - USF, UTEP, Baylor, Iowa St, TCU, West Virginia

'21 - Rice, Kansas, KSU, Okie Lite, Texas Tech

What's funny is one of the big reasons Texas is in this situation is the same reason A&M can't accept a deal with them at this time. The neutral site games in DFW make it extremely hard to set up homes and homes as you must have 6, preferably 7 home games a year to balance the books. The Big 12 went to a 9 game conference schedule which makes it even harder for the two schools to sync up.

It's doubtful the Texas AD didn't realize this and simply "suggested" A&M and Texas play knowing it wasn't going to happen so he could get some good pub.

Aggie has to have those 4 non-P5 home wins to go bowling.

Lol you’re talking like y’all are Bama or something. A&M is slightly above some of those teams.

I'm amused how much schools who have nothing to do with this are weighing in. TX stated they, not us, get to choose when we will play again. Our AD told them to fu** off. We would have to adjust our schedules, break agreements with other schools to accommodate them. But by all means, bash us for keeping our commitments to our schedule.

You're overthinking it.

They are bashing you for being pussies.
