Yes, but cross division rivals facing in the SECCG is very rare. That may be the only time it's ever happened. But I'll give that to you; Georgia could back door into an SEC Championship with a rematch game.

-The offensive line gets 4-5 orders of magnitude better (three of the returning starters have been mediocre starters for 2 straight seasons now). When Carson Green, who is basically an overweight tight end who can't catch, is your "best returning lineman" you have problems

Until the statistics change, Bama is always the favorite to win the West. Has nothing to do with armchair football analysis; they just have done it more often than not recently. Until that changes, they are the favorite.
Miss State will win the west before AM. At least we get ourselves out of our bad coaching hires.

Mond isn’t good enough for A&M to be the favorite, but Aggy will improve, IMO. They’ll easily beat LSU.

lsu returns a TON of talent on both sides of the ball. returning oc. pelini back. experienced qb who has looked quite good in games. the schedule should be just a bit easier. tons of shadow staff and analysts. good culture going on right now. lsu has good reason for high optimism.
