Have you heard of tailgating? Unless alcohol prohibited outside the stadium or anywhere on campus, driving home drunk is always a possibility and a likelihood. The only difference is whether you drink at the tailgate or in the stadium.

The main difference, is that in one case, the University is the one providing the alcohol. I'm sure it's a liability thing.
