So they all go to every game?
How do they all get tickets?

They get block of space to themselves in the stadium near the cameras.
Really they are a small percentage of the totals students that go to a game. Almost that entire side of the stadium is filled with students. Only us and Nebraska give students such good seats overall nationally.

We have to ask TBird that one.

I'm not sure if they have to go to the game. But most do at least. There is a section reserved strictly for the Corps. Although because of SEC rules that students can't sit behind the opposing team bench, there are several smaller sections now.

There are whole sororities filled with nothing but women who want to date corps boys.

Judging by the amount of stadium they take up and the amount of gameday airtime they get on TV, I would have guessed the cadets are about 40% of the student body.

Also...I've never seen a hot girl in their midst.
#2 marketing issue at a&m behind not putting the dance team on the football field...
and ags wonder why the outside perception of A&M is what it is...All you see on gameday are milkmen and corp turds. God bless the USA and the military, but God bless cute girls in sundresses too.

yea i think putting them in that huge block fuels the weird shite and the material to use vs A&M

Meh, most of them had dads in the corps or in the military and have had the "you will be a military wife" mindset beat into them, sometimes (sadly) literally. They are at A&M for a MRS degree anyway.

He is a good guy who loves his school, his country and his wife. It happens sometimes.

Amen. If we wanted to be respected nationally we would have never joined the SEC.

the cameramen must just pick all the ugly girls sitting next to corps guys as that all I've ever seen on TV.

The entire corp gets tickets and they sit together. Prior to the renovation that got rid of the track around Kyle Field... Every home game the corp of cadets marched in by squad/company (I wasn't in corp) .
When I was a kid we would go to the game and get in early. Band and each individual corp group would come in on South end of Kyle field, walk in step around the track and then back out of the South end. Band was a part of this. It was a formal review and the Corp Commandant would salute each group as they can by for review.
Last would be the calvary on horseback and then the guys behind them with wheel barrow and horse shite shovels. As a kid it was great to watch them come in.
The corp has blocks of tickets and within those blocks they tend to sit with their own sub-group. Just how it has always been. Not sure how many corp members there are now but I seem to recall between 2500 and 3000. For perspective there are over 45,000 total students so around 5 or 6 % of all students are in the corp.
Looks like a lot more when they are dressed the same and sitting together. Small %.

Corps Block(s)*, how do it work?
Corps = 2500 cadets. Kyle Field student section, somewhere north of 30,000. You'll note the students are on the first deck east side, north of the 30 yard line, entire 2nd and 3rd deck, and then in the south endzone lower deck.
(*) Why on earth do we have multiple Corps Blocks. If we are going to stick them all together, which I'm still not a fan of, at least stick them all together. We can just spread them north from the band around the curve of that endzone.
