A&M is full with 25 and OU still has 3-4 more commitments coming. OU will finish ahead of A&M. Also OU did sign trench players and has the best offensive line coach in the nation and the best Oline most years. Riley is building a monster.

We know you WANT this to be true but it simply isn't. You should probably learn how the recruiting process works. SEC rules state that you can enroll 25 signees over the course of an academic year. That's between July of the previous year and June of the current year.
A&M in 2014 could only sign 25 because of the 2013 class.
2014: A&M signed 21.
2015: A&M signed 26. 5 enrolled early, 4 were back counted towards the 2014 class leaving 22 total. Later, T.D. Moton signed, meaning 23 total counted towards 2015
2016: A&M signed 20. 3 enrolled early, counting 2 towards 2015.
2017: A&M signed 28. 9 enrolled early, counting 7 towards 2016.
2018: A&M signed 23. 2 enrolled early and counted against 2017.
2019: Based on the fact that 2 of the 23 signed in 2018 count against 2017, A&M can back count up to 4 towards the 2018 class. So they are NOT full at 25.
