He has the kind of personality that would thrive in College Station. Humorless, arrogant and incompetent is just what the Aggies have traditionally had. So Joe would fit right in.

I agree.

I know the perfect AD for Texas A&M.

Just like Scott Woodward:
He overpaid an average football coach.
Hired a great basketball coach.

But he is better at, or has more experience at:
Locking down coaches to long term contracts. (Buyout)
Dealing with NCAA investigations.

I think he has worked with Fisher before. And you can probably get him on the cheap.
