You bammers are such idiots. A bammer booster flew Brandon Gibson for a recruiting visit to Tuscaloosa on his private jet, but the NCAA didn't do much about it because they had a prior relationship. The exact reason the NCAA didn't do anything to Tennessee after the Dianne Sanford woman gave Tee Martin money

No. There was no "prior relationship" ruling. The NCAA only ruled that she was not a UT booster, (despite the fact that her husband was a season ticket holder and her kids were students), so the cash payments were legal.

Quite simply a season ticket holder is a booster. Period end of story. You are also a booster if you have provided benefits to a student athlete or their relatives or friends.(Diane Sanford come on down)
