You are right heartbreak, this year it really didn't mean shite other than we ended a winning streak. When you beat a team that only beats 3 BCS teams that year it is rather hollow in hindsight.

Only in Alabama can two SEC teams go undefeated in the regular season and still not even make the national championship game, much less win it. Do us a favor and sit in the back of the bus with your mouth shut while UF, LSU keep filling the SEC trophey case with BCS crystal balls.

heartbreakTiger - why are you such a smartass on every post.

There's a real simple soultion to quell your ire against all things SEC, and pontificating your agenda for your Conference...do it on your forum.

First, it was the effin Buckuts. Next, the Mongoloid Samoans from uSC, and now it's you Texicans.

Who are you going to convince coming over here?

Fortunately for your Conference, you had experienced leaders at QB on a wide scale for your "top tier" Conference teams. It wasn't that case this year in the SEC.

Let's see where you are after McCoy, Bradford and Harrell are no more. It will be very similar to the 1 and done Kansas or Mizzou teams. You know it.

I like Oklahoma, and many of their fans are top notch, and now I see why they can't stand you guys at all beyond the rivalry. Hope you aren't real representative of what will be trolling on the SEC forum in the future.

Don't go away mad little dude, just go away.

Peace.

But you could have been 14-0

Or we could have finished 8-4 or 9-3 like everyone including me predicted preseason. I am still happy with the improvement this team continues to make under the leadership of CNMFS. This is only the beginning.

yea LSU fans always live in the past like 1992. 2000's current decade and meaningful to this year. 1992 means nothing to this year at all.

yea no shite we lost to fricking uga,ole miss and arky on top of bama. all were pretty shameful days. losing to uf sucked but they are good.

you of course miss the point of saying beating a team in the reg season isn't a huge deal when you fail to win hardware. bc you are a gumptard to the fricking T. Congrats you beat LSU i didn't realize that was like a cosec title or some shite.

bama had a nice year but they didn't win any titles. they beat some rivals that is nice but that doesn't make up for titles. they beat a team that has bent them over 5 times in a row until this year but they still won 0 titles

Which had a hell of a lot more to do with Bama's overall record than they would like to believe. I'm in no way a Saban basher, far from it, actually. But if you don't think that the debacle at Ark, the RP situation at LSU, the Fulmer issues at UT and the train wreck that Auburn had with the offensive coordinatorhad anything to do with it, you are kidding yourself.

im not a smartass on every post.

i also have no problem with most of the sec. I do have a problem with bama fans flaming on a LSU site and when they bring up stupid points like a 1992 national title it should be called out. I have said plenty of times they had a good year just they didn't win any hardware but i guess we missed that

LSU will never have a program as good as Bama's. You're a second tier program, always have been. You had a nice little run and it's over. Enjoy the luckiest season in CFB since I've been alive and the 2 loss NC that LSU backed into.

Typical gumpness that has endeared the college football fanbase to you.

And you miss the point that with the benefit of hindsight it isn't a big deal beating a team that has a losing record in conference and against BCS competition.

Let me get this straight, wins are only meaningful if they lead to hardware at the end? If so, most of LSU's wins are meaningless. Much more so than Bama's.

Now please go back to living off of last year to validate this year.

This right here is a perfect example of why most cfb fans perceive Bama fans to be the most ignorant, myopic and delusional fans in all of cfb.

That's the ticket. Bama overachieved. LSU underachieved. If that trend continues, it will bode well for Bama.

IMO. This was Saban's best coaching year ever.

True that!! 12-2 is better than 8-5.

Speaking of Math.. Is OU really 0-4 in their last 4 BCS games?

Why is it OU if the school is called The University of Oklahoma? Shouldn't it be UO?
