A&M has been "not so good" for pretty much their entire history outside when you were rampantly cheating in the 80's and early 90's

Thats because A&M is a not so good football program

you'll never be on equal footing. You're a little bro mentality program on a ugly-soviet style campus in a starkville-esque town with lots of strange aspects to your culture. The A&M "potential" argument is vastly overstated.

I wonder why a military colleges football team would have not been so good during the 1940s and 1960s?

Yet Kevin STILL can't convince top talent to attend A&M.

Since the barber shop didn't work - what about a nail salon?

We aren't bragging that your fan base is full of giant pussies that are okay with backing out of a contract? It's sad that you don't get this.

I mean i get it, it's literally the only thing you have on us so you just repeat it over and over like it means something. And by "us" i mean 2 people who made a questionable decision 22 years ago.

You're citing an LSU poster on texags?

Said Texas A&M Athletic Director Bill Byrne: "There are several factors that do not work in favor of a series with LSU at this time. Our current league schedule of playing nine games and combined with needing a minimum of six, and preferably seven, home games makes it difficult."

Just FYI, A&M agreed to cancel the series in the 90s. The SEC was expanding and CFB was going through a lot of change. Neither school was high on playing that game at that point.

Your quote from "TexAgs" was from a random user, which appears most likely to have been a sock for a persistent troll on that site.

A&M was playing 8 conference games per year when the series started, and that was with an 11 game schedule. We continued playing home and home series with Power 5 teams after LSU dropped out--we weren't looking to play all 3 non-conference games at home. The A&M AD did not agree to it--that's pure BS. Wally Groff was rather pissed that all we got when LSU cancelled late was $100,000 or something like that. Doesn't much matter now, but no need to let that misinformation be peddled as fact.

Save this for when Aggy claims they were the only ones who sent their boys to war.

And your entire fan base continues to stand by it. You never paid the penalty for leaving the contract early. It's laughable that y'all can't own it.
