You are so dense you don’t even realize how poor the original smokeyone point was. A general rule of thumb is that smokeyone often makes terrible points that don’t hold up to any scrutiny, even the micro brew response.

This thread has run it's course and everyone has had their say. Let it drift off in to cyberspace buddy. Nothing personal, everyone is entitled to their opinion. We can disagree and still be amicable.

It’s the off-season, so let it live......And your list is still zero.

Imagine being so stupid that you have the opportunity to go play football at such a high level and you risk completely blowing it like this. My dog literally has a better risk-analysis ability than this person. What's worse, there are so many deranged people on here defending this idiocy. Saddening.
I'm not surprised though, I'll wager most of the recruits at D1 "college" football teams can barely read at a 5th grade level.

I don’t think One person defended the narcotics, so try reading better.

Smoke your unleaded weed all you want then. If there is no drug in it then I don't have a problem with it. Treat it just like a cigarette. Take it to the smoking section. And by drug I mean psychoactive. Obviously all drugs are not the same, i.e. caffeine, nicotine, etc.

I notice you conveniently didn’t mention beer or bourbon or wine.

I have no idea what you mean? I didn't mention a lot of drugs, what does that have to do with my point?
If you want to talk about alcohol, then it is the same thing with me. Take the alcohol out of it (NA beer) and drink it wherever you want. Otherwise obey the laws.
I don't know why you are working so hard to argue with me about all this. It is really not that big of a deal as long as you don't act like an idiot anyone can smoke weed these days and be fine with it. I agree the laws make it more difficult, but I just don't care because I don't want to be around it. I like the new cigarette laws as well, you want to argue about them?

You didn’t mention alcohol specifically, which is the best comparison for weed, so it only makes sense for the laws to be similar for both. With that said, If either of these are going to make someone act a fool in public, it’s far more likely to be alcohol though.

They can ban both for all I care. People will find a way to get their grove on one way or another. People drink too much anyway. Including me.

You would be fine with people getting arrested for simply drinking beer and ingesting weed in responsible manners? Whoa. You should change your name to bigGgator.

The 1961 Convention establishes strict controls on the cultivation of opium poppy, coca bush, cannabis plant and their products, which, in the Convention, are described as "narcotic drugs" (although cocaine is a stimulant drug rather than one that induces sleep).
Pot is a narcotic ....

There is an obvious difference between pot and opioids, but I would never expect you to understand it with your backwards arse brain.

You havent even tried to explain the details of your point, so its safe to assume there isnt much to your point, which proves it was a poor point.

Just curious... how did this “Marijuana Legalization” debate get started anyway? LOL
Was also curious who the State Attorney was for Bay County. Perhaps lucky for “Smoke” that he turns out to be a Fla. St. grad and not a Gator alumn.

Posters didnt seem to GAS about the weed part of the arrest because its stupid to arrest people for weed.
Smokeyone doesnt even realize no one considers weed a narcotic in modern times. Anyone with a brain knows narcotics are synonymous with opioids.
