It looks like the Conf. tourney games don't mean a thing for some teams. For others it does.

It just means less.

This Kansas team is the most beatable that I can remember in some time though. They just got blown out by an Iowa St squad that I think Auburn would beat on a neutral by 3-5 pts. You guys should have gotten a 4 imo after todays win

Maybe the committee thinks the regular season championship is more significant than the tournament championship.

This happened to Ole Miss in 2013, but on a greater scale. We were 26-8 after finishing the regular season 23-8 and winning 3 straight in the SEC Tournament, beating Florida in the championship game. How were we rewarded?

Frickin' 12 seed

Doesn’t matter. You’re behind Kentucky and Tennessee.

I said in an earlier post the DA BARN would be either a 5th or 6th seed. Just think if you would of not won the SEC tourney. You would of been a 7 or 8 seed.

Sometimes the “hard” bracket doesn’t end up that way. Illinois-Chicago won the bracket that Tennessee was in last year and it was supposed to be the bracket of death.

I agree. They got that seed on name alone, IMO.

It was a dig at people that were saying I was retarded for thinking that the regular season championship was the better achievement than the tournament championship.

Kansas’s most explosive scorer left midseason. Anybody know why?

If you are talking about the 7 footer, he is out for the season due to injury.

They’re both great achievements. Last year for Auburn was the more exciting overall season but I don’t think there was a single moment more fun than today. I’ll take either or both though.

It’s also feels better to be heading into the tourney playing better than we were last year at this point.

They are both very good and I think Auburn is a great team. The discussion came from an Auburn fan that was using both championships in order to claim back to back championships and then was saying the tournament championship was obviously more important. I was just talking an oppurtunity to put that jab in there like people have rightfully been doing to LSU. It's all in the message board game.

Vick. He could shoot but had a lazy defensive attitude.
