Is this gif supposed to be impressive?

It is when you're throwing off a fricked up knee in OT on the road.

ETA: And glad to see CNB having some fun. Anybody who has had to see winless seasons in their lifetime deserves it.

Yep. I had a small argument with an LSU fan in last night's in-game thread. Even when Missouri was up 17-0 on South Carolina I wasn't convinced Mizzou was a great team. He thought me an idiot.

I may very well be an idiot but it is my opinion that great teams don't let average teams score 17 unanswered points in the 4th quarter before beating them in overtime. Mizzou has had a good season but let's dismiss this notion that they are a great team.

They took advantage of two very banged up teams in Georgia and Florida, and almost did the same thing to a banged up South Carolina team before Connor Shaw came in and worked his 4th quarter magic.

Really sick of the banged up excuses. The same bullshite excuse could have been used by Mizzou in the game against SC, but it's not and shouldn't be. SC won the game straight up. I do find it funny how UF and UGA's injuries are legitimate excuses but no heed is given to Mizzou's injury situation.

They're not excuses. It's freaking truth. Half of Georgia's offense had been annihilated in the weeks leading up to the Missouri game. Their last remaining good WR went down the very next week against Vanderbilt.

Florida had been really torn up by injuries on the defensive side of the ball - the only strength on the team.

Had James Franklin been in the game I'm fairly certain Missouri would have beaten South Carolina. But there is no excuse for giving up a 17 point lead in the game's final fifteen minutes. None.

Well I'd probably blame that guy more than the kicker.

True. Don't know if it was a blown coverage or what. You know they are going to the endzone. That shite looked too easy.

That was a coaching error.
Missouri's secondary was getting torched last night. Missouri would have been better off putting all their players in the end zone or double covering the receiving targets than that.

I think Mizzou is a very good team. But so is South Carolina. Both team had some injuries. Injuries are part of football.

I'm saying a lot of obvious statements this morning apparently.

FWIW, Mizzou fans, watching South Carolina come back and beat you like they did was basically deja vu from our game last year.
