You act like OM hasn’t recruited or had pos players who shouldn’t have been there.

The argument “they may not have believed it could actually kill him” was used earlier “He didn’t die so it’s no big deal” was also used

Being allowed to receive a college football scholarship and potentially get NIL money. Yeah that sounds like a reward to me
The football scholarship is irrelevant to the hazing incident. What you want is the law to step outside of its sphere of appropriate judicial authority to punish kids for being kids.
Bama has had thugs beat the shite out of students, steal their laptops, and get granted youthful offender status and an avenue back to the team but you want the proverbial book thrown at recruits over peanuts.

I think they see the word “declined” and think it means no crime was actually committed.

this is opinion based.
I went to Alabama at a time when frats got their charters taken away and they became known nationwide for hazing incidents. I am well aware of what the law can do and the defense the kids can have for hazing offenses.

Ok. And none of that does anything to disprove my argument.

Curious if you feel the same way about San Francisco not charging any thefts below $1000

Your argument has been a "spray and pray" of Karening and complaining about corrupt judicial systems. Did I miss anything?
