Are there usually this many coaches leaving in the offseason for Saban? I know his staff turnover rate is higher than most, but don't keep up with it other than the big names that come and go.

That Gattis guy pretty much said Saban was an a-hole to work for. Pretty spot on by the looks of it.

An a-hole with 6 National Championships and an 8 game winning streak over your program.

If you asked all the asst. coaches in D-1 football, what school they'd rather coach at, which school do you think would be the leader?...... it's not even close.

Saban had twice that many leave after the ‘17 season. He still somehow managed to go 12-0 in the regular season, won the conference and made it through the semifinals before collapsing in the NC game and turned in a 14-1 season record.

He definitely churns out some quality coaches and players. And lots of them.

Saban’s a pretty damn good HC, for an old dude.

I dont think anyone is saying Saban isnt a great coach just that he is an a-hole and his assistant despise him. Its clear that coaches take jobs at Alabama to get better jobs the next year. Alabama has just become a revolving door for coaches.
