Not sayings it's right but that will get OSU the 1 seed.

And get it right back with a win over UGA

Why do people keep saying this?

Good post. Thanks for being an objective Bama fan, and thee are in fact quite a few on this board. I agree with you and disagree with my LSU colleague above. If LSU wins out, and that is a big if, then LSU would have wins over UGA, Bama, Florida and Auburn. I think the wins over UGA, Bama and UF will trump the top 3 wins that Ohio State would have. In addition, it wouldn't hurt LSU, or my feelings, if Texas were to win these next 2 games vs. Baylor and Texas Tech and get back to 21-25 in the CFP poll.

Odd that LSU fan seems keep riding this narrative when their last championship winning team lost to 2 unranked opponents. Undefeated in regulation though! Amirite?

BCS was a better system. Computers don't lie. They balanced the heavily biased human polls. We should use the BCS system for the playoffs.

If UGA beats LSU then yes. Otherwise it's LSU 100%.

If USCe had KSU's or USC's schedule, they would be going bowling.

No they wouldn't. Stop trying to make your terrible loss less terrible than it is.

Computers may not lie and I think the BCS got it right most of the time, but they got some very wonky results some years...

In '01, a non-division/non-conference champ (Nebraska) was put in the BCSCG over the PAC-12 champ (Oregon) even after the Huskers lost the last game of their regular season 62-37...

In '03, the BCS left out USC (ranked #1 in both AP and Coaches Poll) in favor of Oklahoma who was blown out 35-7 in the Big 12 Championship game...even after the blowout loss, the BCS still had OU atop its rankings...
