Fans gon' wear rings they had zero part in earning? It's one thing to wear apparel but the ring thing has a sad, sad, aspect to it when it comes to fans. And yes, I'd say that regardless of the fanbase involved.

That is probably pretty close to the actual gaudy t shirt they will wear over their fat bellies. They'll have 1 for every 2 days of the week and a nicer one for when they frick their sisters. Then they'll drive around in their beat up old car that has 3 "A" stickers on it and car flags up every day of the year, even though they can never afford a ticket to actually go to any games.

Meh, more like annoyed. The Bama fans I know are the types that will brag about winning in the middle of the summer at a work function when no one else even cares about football. They are trashy braggadocios, and completely self unaware of just how the rest of the world sees them.
Example: Walking through a hotel with my co-worker who has a maroon shirt on, Bama fan comes over from the other side of the lobby asking "Is that a Tide shirt, you root for Bammer?"
"No pal, it's just a maroon shirt, but I am an Oklahoma fan"
"Oh sorry to hear that, I am a Bama fan,"
