It will never happen. FSU and Clemson would be blocked and it doesn’t increase our tv footprint

Maybe, but does staying there help them?

We need to replace some teams. Not add them.

Florida state and Clemson make perfect sense. In what world does Notre dame make sense? To give vandy a rival?

It's barely the SouthEASTern Conference with Texas and Texas A&M. Throw in Notre Dame and definitely would have to change the name.

Just like t.u was going to be blocked but got the unanimous vote?

Asking for a friend

Aggie is not a founding member and has no say in these things. No one gives a shite about y'all or your input.

Now sit down, shut the frick up, and be grateful that we even allow y'all to fly the SEC banner right next to your 1939 natl champ banner at Kyle Field

It's 2022, this is meaningless. It applied back when there were not enough stations nor advertisers for multiple teams in the same market.

Cambridge Ma (Harvard) over Boston? You don't want to live in that Communist shite hole. Bostonians know that's the wrong side of the Charles River!
By the way I spent a year in College Station one day. I will say it's more grounded than Austin (just less to do).
This CBS poll has a liberal bias up the arse! DC???? Surprised the Bronx and Jersey City didn't make the list.

Why should we be concerned about helping them?

It’s about the total number of viewers to drive a bigger contract. Adding in Notre Dame would make sense with their enormous fan base. The other two don’t add much to expand the tv contract

Consider the source. This isn't happening.

There is zero chance that the SEC would have taken A&M and Mizzou if they knew they could have gotten Texas and OU. Fortunately for y'all, we weren't willing to leave little bro behind.
