The problem for Texas is there is an entire season of actual football to be played between now and signing day.

FFS we were #1 in recruiting this time of the year several years ago.

And A&M has stacked the trophies for on-field results?

We haven’t “stacked trophies” but we also haven’t been a complete train wreck for the last 10+ years.

Does UGA gain advantage using European comma instead of decimal points?

No trophies is no trophies whether that’s going 8-4 or 5-7

We’ll hopefully finish 20-25. But we’ve already got a lot of our class together so I expect to drop significantly as the schools with less players but higher average composites fill up. Pittman is doing a good job of rebuilding though and we’re only one season removed from multiple consecutive losing seasons, so I’ll take not falling all the way into the abyss.

I certainly think we are going to see the 4 and 5 stars spread out more as teams go all in on one or two (Louisville).

Then you will have A&Ms and others randomly go for large steals only to be disappointed in the outcome.

This D swinging will only drive the market up and beyond what actual marketing budgets for most companies will want for unproven teenagers. We will be back to donors primarily driving via these fake collectives.

Meanwhile every agent and former unemployed player will try to get their cut.

Wild West.
