We not only have the number 1 CB, we also have the number 2 CB and we pulled them both out of the south.

Ohio State is insane with jealousy having just watched Michigan win the NC and is throwing NIL money around beyond what anyone else is doing.

It’s the only reason Downs and those recruits are headed to Columbus.

Better to buy a roster that a mentally soft manlet can’t even frick up than firing him and have the entire country pillage their roster. I get what they’re doing here. It makes more sense to put training wheels on for Day than getting someone with the championship capacity within him like Meyer.

This one is obviously far from over but was listing to some Ohio State podcasts and if he does stick this would be the first time a kid from Alabama has committed to Ohio State since 1981.

My guess Auburn or maybe Georgia is your real competition. Alabama is signing essentially an entire 5-star defensive backfield this year, so he’s probably eying playing time in 2025 and I think OSU gonna have some openings after 2024 at corner.

It's 2024, this is how it works. You're not even guaranteed a commit if they're born on campus. Someone names the right price and they get the player.

If Ohio St and Day don't win it all in 2024 with the amount of NIL money being spent...

Boy, watching Michigan win the NC drove them over the edge.

Pulling southern talent is the northern schools wet dream and its all made possible by NIL.

It’s costing them a fortune to convince southern guys to freeze their tails off in the “big”10.

Such a stupid argument. You do realize how many NFL teams are in cold weather states?

He’ll be a great pickup if he sticks. Ohio State has elite Db recruiting in 2024 and 2025 at this point. Like I said, we’ll see if he sticks. As many or more 5 stars as Alabama.

This is a very troublesome sign. #1 CB in the nation in your backyard and you just hemorrhaged a load of CBs to the portal.

Bama signed 3 five star corners in this cycle. Probably a smart move on his part to look elsewhere

And those kids are giving DeBoer a solid by staying but if things aren't going to their liking they'll transfer out. Those kids committed to Saban and not DeBoer or Alabama.

This is a kid Saban would've locked up early and got him to sign. It's still very early to judge DeBoer but Saban wouldn't have missed on this kid.

Not as troubling as the fact you are still pretending to be a black Alabama fan.

A recruit's mom told Saban and Steele she loved the program, the countless visits, the immaculate program that Saban built, their vision for her son, and then the mom followed with but the NIL isnt anywhere in the ballpark that the other school is offering. After that Saban and Steele got out of dodge because they have already made their money.
