I imagine no team out of the 6 remaining wants to burn arms this weekend. Great days for hitters for the next three days

I imagine we will throw Pico Kohn today our Sunday starter but if we win today it’ll be scrubs the rest of the way.

Pico has recently returned from injury and has slowly gotten his pitch count up each week since so he needs the reps before regionals start

If they make to Saturday it will be scrubs.

Now Sunday, Auger/Dohm/Stephen are all in play for some innings. I wouldn't disagree with Lemonis if he threw everyone Sunday for the Championship after the last two years. Especially the way we have been hitting, or may I say NOT hitting.

You get a SEC Championship and you are guaranteed to get the regional at that point.

Jordan and Hines are a combined 0-24 in Hoover.

Hines needs to hit sliders in the cage until he passes out. Jordan needs to snuggle up to a tee until either the tee or him break. He looks like he is at an absolute loss for approach, like I just swung and it didn't connect.

Bright spot is he started fouling some off

all this burning pitchers talk. if it takes them longer than 5 days to recover from 40 pitches then they need to transfer

The boys are having fun finally. Didn’t have much to cheer for earlier in the season even when we did win. That energy carries throughout the NCAAT. Plus braswell got the game winner in the 9th against his old team that was dogging him on SM. That’s a good reason for celebration

Why is there a green base next to first base?

Why it is there? To help prevent injuries on close plays at 1st base. Why is it that color? It is green because no one in the SEC is green, hence it is a neutral color.

And no I don't know why it can't be also white but i am guessing there may be some kind of interference if you step on the wrong part so they needed a distinction.

I’m sorry Alabama couldn’t even win one game in the tourney. You don’t have to be too salty
