It's not about being "better than you" As long as the LSU defense remembers how to tackle(signs are pointing to yes so far) they will handle Ole Miss at home. It really doesn't matter what you have.
Shoot, if LSU cuts out 4 key missed tackles out of last years game, they're walking out of Oxford with a 2 TD win.

RB - Ole Miss has LSU's most prolific RB from last season (Logan Diggs). LSU's top rusher had 284 yards last year.
Edge to Ole Miss
WR - LSU brought in WR's from Liberty (1000 yards) and Mississippi State (500 yards) to go wtih their best returning WR who topped out at 558 yards.
Ole Miss returned their #1 and #3 WR's (985 yards and 741 yards) and added a wr who was hurt last year but had 900 yards at South Carolina in 2022.
Edge to Ole miss.
Those are the easiest to use stats to compare. Ole Miss has the edge in all of them. Maybe you're right about the rest though.
